Its features are as follows:

1. It would diplay 10qus randomly out of 15 questions.
2. The user cannot proceed without answering the given question.
3.  At the end the score card would show all the 10 questions asked with their right   answers as well as choosen answers.
4. The questions as well as the correct answers to be in the xml format so that they can be modified frequently.

It could have been done easily had some server side scripting language would have been used.But this is the usability of Flash,you can just do it without if you want.
By the way constraints teach you many things you cannot otherwise learn.
