My current job requires me to develop eLearnings and design/redesign GUI for web apps using Flash, Photoshop, Auditon, XHTML, CSS and javasript and ActionScript. But my real passion lies in app development using new technologies such as AS 3.0, Flex, AIR, Coldfusion and Flash Media Server as well as Ruby on Rails.

I am mostly self taught. I believe programming is best learnt by doing and by modifying others code(please give credit to the original author and allow others to mess your code). So far its been working. If you ever cook up a new  way of learning please tell me.

When I am not doing any of above mentioned things, I am busy thinking about things, patterns and behaviours and observing them.I read a lot of blogs and write a little and comment even less. My other blog http://flnotes.wordpress.com is solely about  Flex 3 , AIR and Actionscript 3.0.
